This Privacy Policy explains how EAST ANGLIA DANCE EVENTS LTD handles information in connection with the EastPerform Event Arts Android application, package name uk.co.eastperform.stage.angliaperf.field.
The application is a local, backstage-style event-readiness reconciler. It helps users compare an expected performing-arts event pack against what they actually have, record confirmations, missing items and points of uncertainty, and generate local action-gap outputs for gap closure.
The core workflow is local to the device. This policy describes what the app stores on the device, how that content leaves the app only through actions the user chooses, and how the company may be contacted.
The application does not require login or account registration, does not use cloud synchronisation, does not provide payment or subscription functionality, and does not provide monetisation features. There is no account history and nothing of this kind is held on company servers.
Contact actions may open external Android services such as a browser, an email client or a maps app when selected by the user. Those external services operate under their own privacy practices.
Where a user contacts the company by email, the company receives the email address and whatever the message contains. This is direct correspondence and is separate from the app's workflow data.
Local event-readiness content remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears local app data, or uninstalls the application. The app provides controls to delete individual records and to clear all local data, and local app data can also be removed through the Android device settings or by uninstalling the application.
Exported files remain wherever the user chooses to save or share them, including in other applications, and the company holds no copy of them.
Local app content is kept within the application's own storage on the device and is not held on company servers. Protecting the device itself, for example with the screen lock the user configures, remains with the user.
Users in the UK or the EEA may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including access, correction, deletion and restriction, where those rights apply under law. Availability depends on whether personal data is processed in a given situation.
The app does not require personal identity information for its core workflow, and local content is not automatically transmitted to the developer. User-created local content may still contain personal information if the user chooses to enter or attach it. Content held on the device can usually be managed on the device itself or by uninstalling the application.
The app is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.
