Most of our work is dance shows, competitions, festivals and community productions of the kind held in theatres, sports halls and school venues. If your event has performers waiting to go on and a schedule to hold, it is likely to be a good fit.

Our core service is stage management, including cue calling and backstage organisation. For lighting and sound we either work with the technical supplier you have already booked or arrange equipment and operators on your behalf, agreed in advance.

For a single-day event, six to eight weeks gives enough time to plan properly. Larger festivals and multi-day competitions benefit from three months or more. We will always tell you plainly whether your date is workable.

Yes. We regularly work in venues we have not visited before and liaise with house technicians, front of house and duty managers. A site visit or a call with the venue before the event is part of the planning.

A running order, a plan of the venue if one exists, contact details for your technical suppliers, and any health and safety requirements the venue has set. The more of this we see early, the fewer surprises there are on the day.

Fees are based on the number of days, the size of the crew required and the distance travelled. We quote a fixed figure after discussing the event, and any change to the brief is agreed with you before it affects the cost.
